Simple, Convenient Access
Acne Concierge uses a secure mobile telehealth video portal (Pocket PatientTM) to provide easy access to Dermatology Specialists to help you heal their skin and regain your confidence. This means you do not have to travel to or wait at a doctor’s office for your medical appointment.
Dermatology Specialists
All our specialists are healthcare professionals who are American accredited dermatologists or nurse practitioners who have extensive experience in treating persistent and severe acne, and a keen interest in holistic promoting health and wellness.
Acne Concierge Consultation
During your first telehealth video consultation, your Dermatology Specialist will create a personalized treatment plan that includes dietary and lifestyle changes, skin care recommendations, and acne prescriptions if necessary.
Dietary and Lifestyle Changes
We believe clear and healthy skin starts from taking care of your mind and body. Certain unhealthy food and excess stress in your life can cause acne to persist or worsen.
As a result, hence your treatment plan will include recommendations to help you eliminate unhealthy food, and include nutritious alternatives to your diet.
Skin Care
There are so many acne products out there. How does one select the best?
It comes down to the type of skin and severity of acne you have. Your treatment plan will include an essential skin care routine as well as selected skin care products if necessary.
Many over-the-counter acne cleansers and products include ingredients such as salicylic acid, adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Certain moisturizing products and sunscreens can worsen a person’s acne. Selecting the right products for your skin can reduce acne flare ups.
